Date and Time Calculators

Calculators for counting days, weeks and hours: deadlines, countdowns, ages, contract periods, timesheets and shifts. They count whole calendar days, so leap years and daylight-saving changes never throw the totals off. Each answer shows how it was counted.

A common source of confusion is whether to include the end date. January 1 to January 31 is 30 days of elapsed time, but 31 days if both the first and last day count. The date calculator lets you choose. For hours worked, the time calculators give the total in hours and minutes and as decimal hours, which is what most payroll systems need.
